I started my new role in the US office today. I was sleepy a lot due to jack lag. I went to bed 11 PM last night, but I couldn’t sleep until 4AM. I think that their great communication skills with internal and external customers help them get better position. I feel that I have to improve any language skill and outgoing attitude to others.
