Privacy policy

space1001 (the “site”) has no sign-up or login, and it does not ask visitors for a name, email address or any other personal details. Below is a plain description of what the site actually does.

What the site collects

Only when you click an affiliate link button (or arrive through a link that carries a source tag, described below), the site stores the following for statistics:

• The time of the click, the page it was clicked on, the product and retailer, and the tier within a setup
• A rough device type (mobile or desktop)
• The site the visitor came from (domain only, never the path)

If you arrive through a link with a source tag (such as utm_source at the end of the address), the site stores that tag value, the page path and the device type, and attaches the tag to affiliate clicks made on that page. The site does not store IP addresses, cookies, advertising identifiers or device-unique identifiers for this. It does not set cookies to identify visitors. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, none of the counting above is done.

The only cookie the site sets is lang. If you choose a language (Korean or English) at the top of the page, a cookie holding just that choice (ko or en) is stored for one year and is used only to suggest the right home page on your next visit. It is not used to tell visitors apart or to track them.

The site also counts how many times each kind of page (home, guide and so on) was opened on a given day. It does not store which address was opened or who opened it, and it does not tell visitors apart: opening a page ten times simply adds ten to the count. The same Do Not Track setting applies.

Purpose and retention

The data is used only to understand which guides and setups are helpful so the content can be improved. Click and visit records are deleted after 180 days (daily page counts contain nothing that identifies a person and are kept). Because these are statistics that cannot identify you, they are not shared with third parties.

Affiliate links and cookies

When you click a link on this site you go to the retailer’s own site, such as Amazon. From that point the retailer’s privacy policy applies, and the retailer may use cookies or similar technology to recognize that you arrived through a link on this site. The affiliate program uses this to confirm that a purchase came through this site and to pay the site operator a commission. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and retailers offer their own advertising and tracking choices.

Widgets or banners supplied by a retailer and embedded on a page are provided by that retailer, which may process visit information when the widget loads.

Other services

The site does not currently use any advertising network or analytics tool. If one is added, this policy will describe it and your choices first.

The page font (Pretendard) is loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network (CDN). When the font is downloaded, connection details such as your IP address may be passed to the CDN operator.

Your rights

Because the site does not store anything that identifies you, there is generally no personal record for the site to look up, correct or delete. If you believe the site holds information about you, contact us and we will check and remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
